Not terrible, but needs a improvement on movement and action. The guy only stand there and waits to be killed. Also, when he get shot, it will affect him, but he might not get back to his previous position. Also, he is there frozen. That do not look good. When he do nothing, just move with him slowly. No one can stand on a place frozen solid.
